Phil's run hundreds of container moves overseas in 30 years. Tell him where, he handles the rest.
Call Phil: 020 8226 0007Phil gives you the full delivered price before anything moves. No surcharges, no surprises on the day.
Phil knows what a good container looks like and where to get one cheaper than the big traders.
No call handlers, no ticket systems — the man with 30 years' experience answers.
Driver calls 30 minutes to 1 hour before arrival, sites it just where you want, leaves only when you're happy.
International container shipping looks like a four-way phone tag job — remover, container supplier, freight forwarder, customs broker — until it isn't. Phil already has the container, knows the freight forwarders, and handles the customs paperwork himself. One number, start to finish.
Phil sources the right container for export — usually a one-trip (effectively new) so it's survey-grade and watertight for sea freight. Inspected before it leaves.
Container delivered to your UK address by HIAB, loaded on site, then collected and taken to the port. Phil arranges sea freight through his forwarder network and books the vessel.
UK export paperwork (commercial invoice, packing list, export licences if needed) plus destination-country import paperwork. T1 transit for EU moves. CITES if anything in the load needs it.
Want to talk through a specific move? Call Phil on 020 8226 0007 with the destination port and a rough idea of contents. He'll come back with a freight quote within 24 hours.
These are the routes Phil's freight-forwarder network covers most often. They're where the relationships are strongest and the rates are sharpest.

Other destinations: case-by-case. Call Phil with where you need it to go and he'll check what's workable through his contacts.
Ship with a fresh 5-year CSC plate from the factory — ready for international transit, no re-inspection needed before sailing. Phil's standard option for customers shipping out.
Can be CSC-plated for international shipping at extra cost. Phil arranges the inspection through his approved inspector and quotes it separately from the container price. See the CSC plate re-inspection page for detail.
International freight isn't like UK delivery — there's no flat-rate tariff. Three things move the price:
Destination port
A 20ft to Sydney costs different to a 20ft to Jebel Ali. Even within Australia, port choice changes the rate.
Container size
20ft and 40ft are priced differently per route. High-cube 40ft is a third option for taller cargo.
Contents
Personal effects and commercial cargo have different paperwork and (sometimes) duty implications at the destination.
Phil pulls live freight rates from his forwarder network when you call. Customs paperwork included as standard.
Payment on confirmation — international freight booked once paid.
Call Phil: 020 8226 0007David Carroll, Essex — Dubai relocation, April 2026. Phil arranged the container, the loading, the sea freight to Jebel Ali, and the UK + UAE customs paperwork end to end. David left a 5★ Google review on 28 April.
Door-to-door, single point of contact, customs sorted both ends.
Most international container jobs Phil handles fall into one of four buckets.
Shipping a UK home overseas — furniture, vehicles, household effects. Personal effects paperwork handled.
Moving staff or office equipment abroad. Commercial customs documentation, packing list, commercial invoice.
Shipping kit and equipment to international project sites. Phil's done these before — knows the paperwork.
Need equipment plus a welfare unit or container office delivered overseas? Phil can convert and ship in one job.
The usual way to ship a container overseas is to phone four different companies. Phil's the single point of contact for all four.
Four invoices. Four contacts. No single accountability when something goes wrong.
One number, one invoice, one person accountable from start to finish.
Tell Phil where it's going, what's roughly going in it, and your rough timing. He'll come back with a freight quote — usually within 24 hours.
No call centres. No fuss. One phone call.
