Can I extend my hire if I need longer?

Yes — just call Phil before your agreed end date. He'll extend the hire and adjust the arrangement. Most customers just ring when they know the project is running on, and Phil sorts it from there.

Is it cheaper to buy than to hire long-term?

As a rough guide: if you need a container for more than 12 months, buying usually works out cheaper in the long run — you own the asset at the end. For anything under 12 months, hire is typically more cost-effective because you're not tied to resale. Phil can run through the numbers with you on the phone and give honest advice either way.

Can I convert a hired container into an office?

Modification of hired units is possible on longer-term contracts — insulation, lighting, power, and shelving can be added.
